Humaniti; A unique development concept coming to Montreal

The idea of live-work-play, inspired by projects of a similar concept in Europe, that has recently become a popular trend in major American cities like Los Angeles is coming to Montreal in a big way. Humaniti will be more than just another development; at 39 storeys high, it will be a smart vertical living community.
Shaped in the form of an H the structure will span an entire block and will be equipped with a restaurant, bistro and lounge. A 3,500 square foot fitness center, spa and 2 pools to name just a few of its many amenities.
In total, it will house close to 700 apartments, condos and hotel rooms as well as 60,000 square feet of office space, 20,000 square feet of commercial space, and five levels of underground parking.
The first phase is expected for 2020.
